Wer in einer solchen Situation den Ausstieg nicht anordnet und lieber den Konsens mit der Atomindustrie sucht, braucht sich nachher nicht zu wundern, wenn diese die Gunst der Stunde nutzt", so Ingrid Röder. Die Geschichte der Anti-Atom-Bewegung in Deutschland hat gezeigt, dass Parteien immer nur auf Druck dieser Bewegung reagieren.
